ERPO TechSoft (EPRO) has achieved one corporate award and five individual awards in the APCCAL EXPO 2011 – Awards Presentation Gala Ceremony on 25 November 2011, after attaining two gold and two silver awards last year. The awards include:
1) Best Contact Centre in Corporate Social Responsibility – Gold
2) Ms. Vivian Li – Inbound Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year – Silver
3) Mr. Terry Liang Inbound Contact Centre Team Leader of the Year – Silver
4) Ms. Zoe Lin – Contact Centre Trainer of the Year – Silver
5) Ms. Eva Lu – Contact Centre Quality Assurance Professional of the Year – Silver
6) Ms. Rainbow Deng – Outbound Contact Centre Manager of the Year – Bronze
Aims at “being a long-term partner with clients”, EPRO innovate and improve itself all these years to bring better and better one-stop contact centre services to enterprise with different scales in the region. General Manager of EPRO, Ms. Joyce Poon expressed: “2011 is a very special year to EPRO. A year ago we set up the first disabled persons based contact centre in Guangzhou Nansha. Started with around 30 workstations, with the support of our clients and the dedications of our staff, EPRO’s Nansha contact centre is now operating with over 100 workstations. EPRO strongly believes that disabled persons can also provide professional services if we give them adequate support and appropriate training. In our experience working along with our disabled person staff, we truly realize “Disability shall further spark the Beauty of Humanity”. Again, I represent EPRO to thank everyone’s support and we promise to provide more superior service to our client in the future.”
