Guangzhou Junfeng BPO outsourcing service attained CC-CMM Standards certification by the CC-CMM Certification Institute on July 20, 2017. With this certification, the CC-CMM standards will be applied throughout the organization on key operational and management processes such as training management, quality assurance management, performance improvement and process optimization. In addition, best practice and industrial trend from other domestic and foreign contact centres will be benchmarked and adopted to achieve a lean operating system and heighten management awareness on continuous operational and customer service improvements.
