With the support of the Senior Management, Bank of China (Shanghai Branch) started transforming its Customer Services centre from providing pure customer services to a more profit-oriented services telemarketing centre. To smoothen the transformation process, they have invited EPRO’s experienced Telemarketing Consultants to give their telemarketing management team a 2-day training on 20th and 21st of November 2010.

Based on the situation of the Shanghai Customer Services centre, EPRO’s training professional customized the 2 days training program, including: the trend and development of services telemarketing, telemarketing data-base establishment, building of professional telemarketing team, designing FAQ script, performance indicator and incentive scheme, so as telemarketing project management training. EPRO’s trainers specially gave a detail analysis and tutorial on the practical topic “Telemarketing Project Management”, which the trainees found it very useful and can be applied at their work at once.

The course was composed of several parts, including tutorial, case studies, voice log sharing and role-playing. Trainees found the course very effective on helping them to understand the development of telemarketing and handle advanced telemarketing management skills. Both the participants and the managements of Bank of China (Shanghai Branch) appreciated the effectiveness of the course and praised the professional performance of Epro Telecom’s trainers.
