To improve its customer service capability and efficiency, in late 2008, Malaysia FunMobile decided to deploy the EPRO’s contact centre interactive-voice response (IVR) solution provided by NuSuara in its call centre. FunMobile’s customers in Malaysia, the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Africa can dial the hotline anytime for enquiry, subscribing and unsubscribing the mobile game, in self-services by going through the IVRS flow after IVRS workflow is deployed in the call centre. IVR allows FunMobile’s customers to access database via a telephone touchtone keypad or by speech recognition, after which they can service their own enquiries by following the instructions. The IVR system supports customers for self services, boosts customer satisfaction to next level while FunMobile can enjoy better work efficiency in its call centre. EPRO’s IVRS characterized by user-friendliness with GUI interface, enable FunMobile to flexibly modify the IVRS workflow in just few drag and drop actions, without involving programmers or specialists in the process.
