We are glad to announce that our General Manager, Ms. Joyce Poon was appointed to be the Vice Chairlady of Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) in the Annual General Meeting held on 17 March 2016 for the term of 2016 to 2017 with immediate effect.

The appointment was voted in the favour of the Executive Committee of the Association.

In addition to her contribution in EPRO TECHSOFT LIMITED, Ms. Poon will keep supporting the Association forward through creating better value for members and the industry and pushing forward collaborations in China and the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) network.
