Ms. Joyce Poon, General Manager of EPRO TechSoft Ltd., has been appointed as the new Dean of the Faculty of Omni Channel Operation Management Institute with effect from March 13, 2017. The Omni Channel Operation Management Institute is a collaboration between Guangzhou Service Outsourcing Industry Association and Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom with objective to assist the contact centre industry to achieve sustainability by developing an industry-centric personnel training platform to provide support in corporate recruitment, personnel training and employment counsel.
